We offer reliable and affordable shipping across the United States. Here are the details of our shipping policy:

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $68.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $68, a flat shipping rate of $9.99 will apply per order.

Shipping Times

  • All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 10-15 business days depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to external factors.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment directly on the shipping carrier’s website.

Order Processing & Delivery
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, please note that shipping times may fluctuate based on your location, weather, or carrier delays.

 

2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your PEEYOO purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a simple return and exchange policy.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items. To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused, unworn, and original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@peeyoo.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Once your request is processed, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
  3. Pack your items securely in their original packaging and send them back to us. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  4. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to check availability. If the requested item is in stock, we’ll arrange the exchange as soon as possible.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@peeyoo.com. We will provide a free return and exchange for the correct or properly functioning product. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs in such cases.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn or used items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards or promotional items

 

 

4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@peeyoo.com. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping. If your order has already been processed, you may return the item once it arrives.
